How far is your driving radius?
500 miles is our typical radius, however special arrangements may be made for longer trips.
What is the Limo Capacity?
Depending on the Limo you choose, we can range from 8-40 people.
How far in advance should I book DJ, Limo or Photo Booth Services?
Ahh, the golden question. The earlier the better! We have some weddings booked a year or more in advance. Some events are planned just days out. In some extreme cases a Limo “might” be available in 24 hours. We highly recommend booking DJ and Photo Booth services once you have confirmed your date and location. Preparation is always key. To guarantee that your event will be memorable, book as early as possible.
Do you offer Airport Meet-and-Greet Procedures?
With a smile! Choices include:
Curb Side: Your Chauffeur will be parked outside baggage claim in front of taxi stand. (if permitted)
Security Gate: upon request your Chauffeur can meet your arriving passengers in the terminal as they exit TSA security gate, holding a named sign. (parking fees +$50)
Private aviation: Our chauffeurs are experienced in handling political and celebrity clients and crowds they may draw. Upon request to your intended flight support team and VIP, we can meet your aircraft on the tarmac (if permitted) or terminal.
What is your Cancellation Procedure?
A 25% deposit is required via a credit card. This deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation occurs.
What food or drinks come in the limo?
We stock our limos with stemware, ice and water. If you have beverages that you would like chilled, we will be happy to provide this service for you. Please supply the beverages 24 hrs. Prior to the event. Note: Alcohol is prohibited in vehicles of individuals 21 and under.
May we bring a cooler?
YES, if space permits. Your safety is our primary concern.
May I see the vehicle prior to renting it?
Yes, please arrange for a time. Our vehicles are extremely popular. We want to make certain the vehicle you want to rent is available for your viewing.
I don’t see my special song listed, what do I do?
Its your day! We want to make certain your special song plays! Please get your list of special request to us 7 days prior so that we may do our research to make your event extraordinary!
How do you dress for DJ Services and Limo Services?
We are VIP for a reason! Black TIE! Tux! White Glove..whatever the occasion calls for. If your event is a dress down event, our staff spinning the music will be in VIP attire.
How long does your Event Planner stay with our party/event?
With VIP Events, our experienced event planner will stay with your event the whole night, making sure all the details are taken care of.
